I am an IT professional with over 5 years of experience in troubleshooting and operations, currently transitioning from large-scale Network Operations to hands-on Network Administration. My background at Verizon and United Refrigeration taught me the importance of uptime and rapid problem-solving, but I believe there is always more to learn.

I am actively bridging the gap between theory and practice. I recently earned my GCP Generative AI certification to stay current with emerging tech, and I am fully committed to my CCNA studies, targeting completion by late 2025/early 2026.

I dedicate my personal time to home labs—configuring routers, building VPNs, and simulating network faults—to truly understand the "why" behind the "how." I am not looking to just "maintain" a system; I am looking to grow with a company, apply what I’m learning in real-time, and provide stable, practical solutions for your business.
